Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy (Updated March 2022) 

Bella Kalmia has all items you see on the website on hand.  All orders placed Mon - Fri before 6pm Central time will ship out the next day. Any orders placed Mon - Fri after 6pm Central time will ship out within 1-2 days after order date. (During the holiday season it may be extended) 

Tracking numbers are issued the next business day via email or text number that you placed your order with.  Please be sure to check your email for tracking numbers. 

All orders ship out priority 2-3 day shipping.  Most orders will require your in person signature for delivery.  

Free Domestic shipping on orders $75 and up

Please note only qualifying states within the inner 48 states of the continental USA qualify for free shipping. This does not include (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands) 

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.
  • Shipping Prices (Domestic  & International) are calculated at the Checkout Screen
  • Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 24 hours of issued Tracking Numbers

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. And for orders that require a signature in the event that you are not present to sign your order will not be left on your doorstep or mailbox, you will have to make arrangements with your local USPS to have your package redelivered or you will need to pick it up from your post office. 

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted. 

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping at the moment. 

Rush Delivery 

We do not offer rush delivery at the moment

WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A P. O. BOX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION 

We add a signature confirmation to EACH AND EVERY ORDER. You must be available to sign for your package or make arrangements to pick it up from your local post office as NO ORDERS WILL EVER BE LEFT ON YOUR DOORSTEP. 

Refused Packages 
All Refused Packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS

Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are  NOT responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered. 
 

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.  Please allow 3-5 business days for Bella Kalmia to inspect the returned package and issue a refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.


EXCESSIVE RETURNS:

If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
